Step 1.
You will need to create an account with TheTicketWindow.com. By doing this you will have a unique user ID and PASSWORD which will allow you to initiate new ticket purchases, modify and check the status of your present ticket purchases and reduce the amount of information that you will have to provide on future purchases.

Included in this section is a questionnaire. We ask that you participate in the survey to help us better serve you in the future, but it is not mandatory.

Step 2.
Select the event you wish to attend and review the ticket packages that are available. Once you have specified your ticket choice and quantity, check your order and proceed to the next screen by pressing the "NEXT" button.

Reminder: You have not PURCHASED your tickets at this point, only selected which ones you wish to order.

Step 3.
You will need to enter your method of payment. Fill out the credit card form and review your information closely and proceed to the next screen by pressing the "NEXT" button.

Step 4.
You will need to provide us with the information on where the tickets are to be shipped. If the shipping information is the same as the personal information check "Same as personal," if it isn't complete the shipping information form. Review your information closely and proceed to the next screen by pressing the "NEXT" button.

Step 5.
You will now need to review your order. Please take the time to make sure that all of the information (billing, shipping, credit card number, etc.) is correct. You will have the ability to change any data that is incorrect at this time. Once you have reviewed the order, press the "FINISH" button. Once you have pressed the "FINISH" button, your order has been sent to us, and we will immediately process your order.
