"How does this work?"
TheTicketWindow.com has designed the online ticket buying experience to include simple, easy to follow instructions. Once you determine the event that you would like to attend, you will be led step by step throughout the entire buying process. You will be asked specific questions pertaining to billing, shipping, and credit card transactions. The buying system will be able to detect any omitted or incorrect information that is pertinent to the transaction and notify you immediately to allow you to correct it. Using this feature, you will be assured that the correct number of tickets will be sent to the correct address using the correct credit card number.
"When will I get my tickets?"
Your order will be processed within 24 hours of the time of purchase. Depending on your proximity to the event, allow for the average amount of shipping time (2-5 days First Class U.S. mail). You will also be sent an email verifying the time and day that your purchased items were sent to allow you to track the time that it takes.
"Who do I contact if my tickets aren't here in a reasonable amount of time?"
In this case you are asked to notify administrator@TheTicketWindow.com immediately.
"How do I know that you received my order?"
You will be sent an email that will give you verification of fulfillment. In this email, your billing name, shipping address, number of tickets ordered and at what cost, and your INVOICE NUMBER will be included. We suggest that you keep this email for your records, or at least until you have received your tickets.
"Are you a ticket 'scalper'?"
NO WE ARE NOT! We are approved by and work in direct conjunction with each event that we feature. Our tickets are sold online for the exact amount that you would pay at the event's own ticket window with an additional convenience charge of $3.00 for individual ticket transactions and $10.00 for packaged or grouped ticket transactions.
"I have a more specific question that isn't listed here. Who can I contact to
